Add a card for automatic payment

In this article, you can read about how to set up an automatic payment card.

Add a card via the control panel

  1. Log in to the Control Panel
  2. Klick on your username in the top right and select “Payment cards”
  3. From here you can click “Add new card”
  4. After that you will be able to type in teh details for your new card
  5. When the card is added, cklick on your usename at the top right again and select “Automatic card payments” to select whoch services you want to be automaticially renewed with this card.

Add a card by paying an invoice

By using this function, you can save a considerable amount of time by not paying invoices, we do it for you automatically. The procedure is as follows:

  1. Log in to the Control Panel »
  2. Go to your Invoice Overview
  3. Here you can choose to click on “Pay” to the right of your unpaid invoice
  4. Here you choose to check the box for “Payment with a new card” if you have not saved your card before and check the box for “Activate automatic payments”.
  5. Then click “Pay”.

Remember that the automatic payment takes place on the due date of each invoice. And that the automatic payment applies to all of your services, so if you wish not to renew a specific service, contact our support.
