Q: Why are the prices adjusted?

When will the new prices come into effect?
A: The new prices will come into effect upon the renewal of your service from as early as February 22, 2024.

If your services with us are set to renew well after February 22, 2024, will I then have to pay anything extra?
A: No. The new price will apply only when your service is due for renewal. Already paid time is not affected.

How do I know when it’s time to renew my services?
A: Log in to your Administration Panel with us as usual. On your latest invoice, you will see the applicable period. For domain names, you can also see this in the list of domain names in your control panel.
The renewal date is then the first day after the period covered by your latest invoice. Of course, as usual, you will have the opportunity to cancel or change your subscription if you wish.
Will any service change as a result of the price adjustment?
A: No, the change only applies to the price of your subscription, not the service itself or its functionalities. The service you have subscribed to will remain the same. The price adjustment is made to maintain the same high quality for your service and continue offering you first-class Swedish support..
Do i need to do something?
A: You don’t need to do anything. The new price will automatically take effect on the renewal date, and you will be able to see it on your next invoice at least 45 days in advance. Before the renewal, you will always have the option to change or cancel your subscription if you wish. You can do this within your control panel with us..
Can I change my contract term or level of my services?
A: Yes, you can always change your current services if you wish and choose a different solution that suits you better directly in the control panel. The change will take effect immedietly.
Will you change the prices for my services even more in the future?
A: Our prices are always guaranteed for your paid period. For example, if you choose to subscribe for 12 months, no price adjustment will apply during this period, even if prices for the same service increase for new customers. We continuously and systematically review our costs and invest continuously in the technology and data centers that enable us to offer sustainable, secure, and stable services at the lowest possible price. In the current context of inflation and the unstable political situation in Europe and the rest of the world, no one can predict how costs will change in the future, but we are committed to always balancing our prices to the best of our ability to remain a reliable and transparent partner. Your best insurance against future price adjustments is the length of your subscription.
