Deactivating a Domain Name

1. Log in to the Control Panel.
2. Click on “Services” at the top left.
3. Click on the domain name in question.
4. Click the three dots in the top right and select “Disable renewal”
5. Click “Disable renewal” to confirm as the warning shows up.
6. After that, no further invoices will be sent out for the domain, and it will expire when the contract term ends.

Deactivating Web Hosting

1. Log in to the Control Panel.
2. Click the web hosting in your service list
3. Click the three dots in the top right and select “Disable renewal”
4. Click “Disable renewal” to confirm as the warning shows up.
5. After that, no further invoices will be sent out for the hosting, and it will expire when the contract term ends.
