We\u2019ll show you how to customize them in the next step.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"customize-your-terms-and-conditions\">Customize your Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As mentioned above, your Terms and Conditions need to be tailored to your specific needs. You do this by editing and adding clauses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Start by clicking <strong>Add clauses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-21.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4009\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A window will open where you can select and edit the clauses you want to include. If this is your first time, you\u2019ll see a default setup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-22.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4010\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As shown, the most essential clauses are preselected as part of a basic configuration. You can remove or add clauses as needed. The clauses are organized into intuitive modules, with clickable guides that help you through the entire setup process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.names.co.uk\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-23.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4011\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To edit a specific clause, click <strong>Customize<\/strong>. Typically, you\u2019ll need to provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The identity of the owner\/company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any relevant codes of conduct related to your business model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Since Terms and Conditions are legally binding agreements, it\u2019s important to provide accurate and valid information. Also note that, under consumer protection laws, customers often need to be able to contact you if necessary.
