Sometimes problems can occur in our webmail client as well. In this guide, we&#8217;ll address the most common causes of problems with sending and receiving emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From abroad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you happen to be on vacation abroad or find yourself in a country with heavy censorship, your email might be affected. An easy solution would be to connect to your country via a VPN connection. Although this is dependent on the ability to do this via the country you&#8217;re in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Missed payments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If your email stops working it can be because of a missing payment. Log in to your control panel and check if there&#8217;s an unpaid invoice on your account. If that&#8217;s the case, please double-check your contact information to see if invoices are being sent to an obsolete address. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Server addresses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Double-check your server settings in your email client after the following settings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Incoming server settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Host<\/strong>: imap.websupport.se<\/li><li><strong>Port<\/strong>: 993<\/li><li><strong>Username<\/strong>: Complete email address in question<\/li><li><strong>Password<\/strong>: The password you choose in your control panel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Outgoing server settings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Host<\/strong>: smtp.websupport.se<\/li><li><strong>Port<\/strong>: 465<\/li><li><strong><strong>Username<\/strong>:<\/strong>Complete email address in question<\/li><li><strong><strong>Password<\/strong>:<\/strong>The password you choose in your control panel.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exceeding the limit for the number of emails sent.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You&#8217;re allowed to send 300 emails per hour and the domain as a whole can send up to 2000 emails per hour. If the limits are exceeded it&#8217;s not possible to send any more emails until 60 minutes have elapsed. Eventual emails that have been sent when the blocking was in effect have not been delivered and must be sent again.
